South Dublin County Council has officially unveiled its latest selection of residential properties available through the choice based letting scheme. Eligible housing applicants can now review the newly advertised homes and register their interest through the official local authority portal.
Local authorities have reminded all registered candidates that expressing interest can directly result in a formal accommodation offer. Individuals must note that refusing two separate housing offers within any twelve-month period will lead to an immediate suspension from the main housing waiting list, calculated from the date of the second refusal.
Due to a particularly high volume of ongoing administrative processing, successful candidates will be notified directly as soon as possible. The Allocations team has requested that applicants refrain from making individual phone enquiries regarding the current status of these properties to ensure efficient processing.
