South Dublin County Council has published the latest properties available through its Choice Based Letting (CBL) scheme as of Friday, 16 October 2026. Applicants should note that expressing interest in a property might result in a formal offer, and refusing two offers within a year will lead to suspension from the housing list starting from the date of the second refusal.
Due to the current high volume of property applications, successful candidates will be contacted as soon as possible. The council requests that applicants refrain from contacting the Allocations team for updates during this busy period.
Among the properties listed are multiple units at Honora Hall, Haydens Lane, Lucan, managed by Respond Housing. These include 4 one-bedroom ground floor apartments, 13 one-bedroom apartments on floors one to four, 7 two-bedroom ground floor units, 31 two-bedroom apartments on floors one to four, and 3 three-bedroom homes with parking. No parking is available for most units, and the pet policy follows Respond Housing guidelines. Additionally, a property at 58 Castlegate Dene, Adamstown Castle, Lucan, managed by Tuath Housing, is also available with no parking and a pet policy adhering to Tuath Housing regulations.
