South Dublin County Council has published the latest properties available via the Choice Based Letting (CBL) system as of Friday, 23 October 2026. Prospective tenants are advised that expressing interest could result in a formal offer of accommodation. It is important to note that applicants who decline two offers within a 12-month period will face suspension from the housing list starting from the date of their second refusal.
Due to the current high volume of applications, successful candidates will be contacted as soon as possible. The council requests that applicants refrain from contacting the Allocations team for individual updates regarding these properties at this time.
Specific properties include a three-bedroom apartment with parking at Honora Hall, Haydens Lane, Lucan, managed by Respond Housing, where pet policies align with Respond Housing guidelines. Additionally, a property at 17 Lockhouse Wood, Lockhouse Way, Seven Mills, Dublin 22, under Cluid Housing management, is available with limited parking and pet policies following Cluid Housing guidelines.
