Four men charged with drugs-related intimidation, false imprisonment and assault causing harm are due to appear before Court Number 2 at the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning. The charges stem from an investigation by Gardaí attached to the Serious Crime Unit, DMR South, which centred on incidents alleged to have taken place in early September 2026.
The arrests followed coordinated searches under warrant at eleven domestic addresses across South and West Dublin, where six men were detained. Four of those arrested have now been formally charged and are scheduled to face the court at 10.30am today.
The remaining two men were released without charge, and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. Investigations into the case remain ongoing.
