Due to ongoing roadworks on Phibsborough Road, several Dublin Bus stops were temporarily closed overnight between 7 and 10 September 2026. These closures took place from 19:30 to 05:00 each night to facilitate essential maintenance work.
On Monday 7 September, stops 198 Doyle's Corner and 188 Doyle's Corner in Phibsborough were unavailable. The following night, Tuesday 8 September, stop 197 Monck Place was closed to passengers. Wednesday 9 September saw the closure of stops 187 Munster Street, 190 Broadstone, and 195 Broadstone, all located in Phibsborough.
Finally, on Thursday 10 September, stops 185 and 201 at the Wayfinding Centre in Glasnevin were out of use. Passengers were advised to use temporary stops positioned outside the roadwork zones to minimise disruption and ensure continued service access.
