TII earns bronze for diversity and inclusion efforts
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has proudly attained the Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, marking a pivotal achievement in its Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) journey. This recognition, valid from June 2026 to June 2027, affirms the strong foundations TII has laid to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organisation.

The Investors in Diversity accreditation serves as a nationally respected standard, evaluating how organisations integrate diversity and inclusion within their leadership, policies, communications, and workplace culture. Securing the Bronze level demonstrates that TII has developed a robust framework to nurture an inclusive environment where all employees are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. This milestone represents a significant advancement in TII’s ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.

To achieve this accreditation, TII provided comprehensive evidence showcasing progress in several key areas, including the implementation of its Diversity & Inclusion Policy, Dignity at Work Policy, and various family-friendly and flexible working arrangements. The assessment also praised TII’s dedication to learning and development, highlighting EDI-focused training such as neurodiversity awareness for all staff and specialised training for managers. These initiatives underpin TII’s ambition to further enhance its EDI programme and strive for higher accreditation levels in the future.
