Station Road Duleek to close for water works
A temporary closure of Station Road in Duleek, Co Meath, is scheduled to begin next week as part of critical water infrastructure upgrades. The section between Cruicerath and the R-150 junction will close from 8am on Monday, 14 September 2026 to 8pm on Friday, 23 October 2026, with works operating around the clock.

The disruption stems from rehabilitation works led by Uisce Éireann, which include excavation and the installation of a new watermain. These essential upgrades aim to enhance the reliability and quality of the local water supply network.

Diversion routes and clear signage will be in place to guide motorists through the area. Residents and property owners will retain local access throughout the duration of the works, ensuring minimal disruption to daily routines.
