The football blitzes are scheduled for the weekend of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, with hurling and camogie blitzes to follow on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September. Already, over 150 clubs have shown interest in hosting, and others wishing to participate are invited to register their intent through the official National U8 Blitz Events form. Organisers kindly ask that the form be submitted at least ten days prior to the chosen blitz date.
These Go Games blitzes focus on ensuring every child has a positive and memorable experience. Clubs are urged to cultivate an atmosphere where enjoyment, teamwork, and skill development take centre stage, making these weekends a highlight in the young players’ sporting journey.
