South Dublin County Council has announced the latest properties available for choice-based letting (CBL) from 21 to 25 August 2026. This batch includes a two-bedroom first-floor apartment at 1A Avonbeg Court, Tallaght, and a one-bedroom end-terrace bungalow at 18 Lindisfarne Grove, Clondalkin.
Applicants should be aware that expressing interest in these homes may result in a formal offer of accommodation. Those who refuse two offers within a 12-month period will face suspension from the housing list starting from the date of their second refusal. Due to the volume of applications, the Allocations team will contact successful applicants directly and requests no individual follow-ups at this time.
Specific details include a pet policy for the Tallaght apartment consistent with Co-Operative Housing Guidelines and parking availability at both locations. These properties are part of vacant edition 305 and come with relevant notices regarding the application process and conditions.
