Cavan County Council has informed the public that all council offices and associated public facilities, including libraries, will be closed on Wednesday, 14th October, as a result of scheduled industrial action. This closure means that public counters and council telephone lines will not be operational during this period.
Despite the shutdown of regular services, emergency operations will continue without interruption. Members of the public requiring fire services are advised to contact emergency numbers 112 or 999 as usual.
